To extend applications of secondary aluminium products in electrical power generation and transmission, aerospace, transport, architecture, engineering, structural, building construction, communication, canning and packaging and domestic and other industrial usages.
To create a common forum of the Secondary aluminium manufacturers and its constituents for deciding upon common policies and advocating them with the Government and national organizations.

To take up with Government and manufacturers of Primary Aluminium by way of letters/advertisement/press release etc. to look into the problem faced by manufacturers of secondary aluminium.
To enter into any agreement with any other Association or company, whether incorporated or not, having similar objects or in a part similar to those of the association or to benefit the association for managing or running activities of this association.
To make correspondences, to arrange meetings with the concerned authorities, Govt. Deptt., Police, Administrative Heads, Local Bodies, Authorities for the solution of civil and social problem of members, association and general public and to get them solved by sincere efforts.
To interact with international associations/manufacturers/trade bodies relating to aluminium products to promote use of aluminium.
